To sign up for the ATSG Private Members Area you will need Four pieces of information:
1) You will need to make up a user name. You do NOT need to use your subscriber number as your user name (although you may if you wish). This is what you will type in each time you access the private member area. Each ATSG member may have up to three user names. A user name must be 4 or more characters long. A user name may not be longer than 20 characters. The user name is Case Sensitive. If someone else is using the name you want already you will have to make up another one.
2) You will need to make up a password. This is what you will type in just below your user name each time you access the private member area. This is how we make sure it is really you. A Password must be 4 or more characters long. A Password may not be longer than 20 characters. The Password is Case Sensitive.
3) You will need to know your E-Mail address. If you do not know your E-Mail address, please ask the people who get you connected to the internet what it is.
4) You will need to know you ATSG Subscriber Number. Your ATSG Subscriber Number is a letter followed by seven numbers. It was assigned to you when you joined ATSG and you give it each time you call the tech hotline. If you do not know your subscriber number, please call us and we will get it for you.
